Your Personal Health Center takes the guess work out of your exercise and activity plans. You have the option of choosing either an Aerobic Exercise Plan or a Weight Training Program or both! Each program is educational, completely customizable and interactive. The calories you burn based on your lean body mass will be used to individualize your daily caloric energy requirements.
